Remedial Massage includes Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release techniques; Soft Tissue and Myofascial Release techniques; Lymphatic Drainage(Manual Lymphatice Drainage (MLD) and Emmett Lymphatic Drainage; Passive traction and movement of joints; resisted stretching..
I use Emmett Therapy Muscle Releasing techniques – a gentler technique, along with the Remedial Massage techniques.
I also do Pregnancy massage – sidelying – which is recommended.
Seated massage is available.
Mobile massage (to you) is available – for people who are immobile – meaning who cannot come to me.
I have a portable massage table (always in my car), and a sturdy, light-weight massage chair, which can also be put in my car, if need-be.

I practise Remedial Massage Therapy in a designated room in my Unit on Nathan Street, Cranbrook, in Townsville, North Queensland. Mt massage table is electronic – so I can put it down low for you to easily position yourself on the table.
I may use warm stones and/ or Vacuum Cupping, which help to relax muscles, and to relieve pain and discomfort and foster recovery of the muscles.
